Miami/Bahamas 2010
Quick long weekend to Miami and the Bahamas. The cruise ship leaves late Friday afternoon and returns early Monday morning, so you hardly need to take any time off work. We left on Veteran’ Day, which was a holiday anyway.
11-12 November – Miami, Florida
Our home in Miami is the Four Points Sheraton. We love the couple of miles walk along the boardwalk down to South Beach.

13 November – Nassau, Bahamas
The water was very rough, so we just walked around Nassau all morning and then relaxed on the ship’s deck reading our books.
That's the Atlantis Resort in the background. Some day it would be nice to stay there, but a day pass is obscenely expensive (more than $150 per person).
This little towel monkey greeted us upon return to our cabin.
